      Electrical:       Main panel, sub panels, lighting, outlets, switches, attic space wiring.
      Plumbing:      Faucet fixtures, tub/shower fixtures, P-traps, water pressure, drainage                         Heating and Air:  Proper operation of all heating and air conditioning, thermostat, ducts and vents.
        Exterior:      Walls, sidings, wood trim, soffits, fascia boards, rain gutters.
         Interior:     Walls, ceiling, doors, windows, flooring, appliances.
        Roofing:      Condition of shingles, caps, valley pans, flashing, vent pipes.
      Fireplace:      Condition of cap, spark arrestor, exterior shell, flue (visible parts ), dampers.
             Attic:      Insulation, rafters, cross supports, ceiling joist, underside roof sheeting.
         Garage:     Slab condition, door, windows, openers, safety eyes.
       Grounds:     Slopes, fence's, water spickets, irrigation systems.
